You choose 4–6 people who work closely with you. I have them complete a short confidential survey, and when helpful, a brief call. You complete a self-assessment.
I map the overlaps, contradictions, and patterns that show how you lead when things go well, and when they don’t. Our team uses your 360, public information, and (if you choose) recent emails and meeting notes to create your profile.
Outcome: You get a clear, honest picture of how your team experiences your leadership; what’s working, what’s slowing you down, and where you’ve become the bottleneck. That gives us a short list of opportunities to change so you can move faster, lead calmer, and get out of your team’s way.
